LPSDO Room Reservations
Individual Reservations
To make reservations for individual meetings, please follow these guidelines:
- Check the room reservations calendar to make sure the room is available using the room links below.
- Complete the room reservation request by clicking here.
- You will receive an e-mail letting you know the status of the reservation.
Room Reservations for an Entire School Year
To make reservations for the entire school year, please follow these guidelines:
- Check the room reservations calendar to be sure the room is available using the room links below.
- Complete the Yearly Reservation Form.
- This is the only form we will accept for yearly reservations.
- Attach it to an e-mail to: switchbd@lps.org
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you that your e-mail was received.
- You will also receive an e-mail letting you know when the reservations are complete.

Verbal requests or e-mail reservations that are not made via the reservation website or made on the Yearly Room Reservation Form will no longer be accepted.
