The Lincoln Public Schools (LPS) is continuing the process of evaluation of land parcels, or land and buildings for sale which are suitable for the LPS District Offices. In addition to other forms of feedback, LPS wishes to seek public information and input into this process through this RFI. District staff and the board of education planning subcommittee will assess each parcel offered for sale to the District and prioritize based on overall value and the District’s best interests. We anticipate this process will take approximately 30-60 days.
The written criteria that will be used in prioritizing and assessing the offered of land parcels, or land and buildings for sale are enclosed with this letter and are listed in no particular order of importance. We will appreciate your review of the criteria and any information that you can provide us that will help us prioritize and assess your property. A pre-submittal conference will be held at FM at the above address at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 11, 2011 to address questions about the RFI process and response form. ATTENDENCE AT THE PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE IS MANDATORY TO SUBMIT A RESPONSE FORM.
Although price is not the only criteria used as we assess properties, it is an important starting point. Anyone interested in responding to this RFI must submit the required information including all supporting documentation on the attached/enclosed response form by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 18th, 2011 to the above address. IN ADDITION TO FILLING OUT THE FORM ONLINE YOU MUST PRINT IT OUT AND MAIL A COMPLETED HARD COPY TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS ALONG WITH ANY OTHER SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION BY THE STATED DEADLINE.
