Groups will train four days per week on a Monday-Thursday schedule. Below are a list of times for our different strength and conditioning sessions and a brief description. Coaches will be in contact with everyone who fills out a form to confirm which session you are assigned prior to our June 6th start date.
Session 1: (Boys Group 1): 7-8:30AM: Session will include 10-12th Grade Boys.
Session 2: (Boys Group 2): 8:30-10AM: Session will include ALL 9th Grade Boys and Basketball ONLY boys.
Session 3: (Girls Group): 9:15-10:45AM: Session will include ALL 9-12th Grade Girls.
