Lincoln Board of Education regular meeting, budget work session and public forums

The Lincoln Board of Education has several meetings scheduled the week of June 22.  The regular Board meeting will be held at 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 23 in the boardroom at Lincoln Public Schools District Office, 5905 O St. The meeting will also be streamed live on LNK TV Education channel, the LPS website and LPS YouTube channel.

The Board also invites community members into the development process of the 2020-2021 budget in a variety of ways. 

First, a budget work session will be held at 4:30 p.m, Tuesday, June 23, at the LPS District Office. The work session will be streamed live on the LNK TV Education channel, the LPS website and LPS YouTube channel. 

There will also be two budget forums held - one in person and one virtually - with a short presentation and time for community questions, comments and feedback.

• In person forum: Wednesday, June 24, 5 p.m. in the LPS District Office boardroom (5905 O St.) This forum will also be streamed live for viewing on the LPS website and the LPS YouTube channel.
• Virtual forum: Thursday, June 25, at 7 p.m., join the forum to provide feedback and ask questions using this link: https://lps.zoom.us/j/97448247692. This forum will also be streamed live on the LPS Facebook page.
